The 3 day classroom IASSC certification Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt course is tailored for professionals, who require a good understanding of foundational elements of Lean Six Sigma Methodology. The IASSC Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt will work as a team member supporting more complex improvement projects lead by IASSC certified Green Belts and Black Belts. A Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt understands how to implement, perform, interpret and apply Lean Six Sigma in a skilled yet limited and / or supportive context.
- Exam
The IASSC Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Exam™ is a 60 question, closed book, proctored exam with a 2 hour allotted time. The Exam contains multiple-choice and true/false questions from each section of the IASSC Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Body of Knowledge. A successful Yellow Belt student has to achieve a minimum score of 230 points out of a total potential of 300 points. The exam is taken in the training centre on the afternoon of the 3rd day of the course. There are no prerequisites required in order to sit for the IASSC Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Exam.
- Certification
Upon successful achievement, Professionals will receive IASSC Yellow Belt Certification issued by the International Association for Six Sigma Certification™, the only independent third-party Certification Association within the Lean Six Sigma Industry.

The 5 day classroom IASSC certification Lean Six Sigma Green Belt course is designed for professionals, who require the core to advanced elements of Lean Six Sigma Methodology. A certified IASSC Green Belt will lead improvement projects by himself and work as a team member in complex improvement projects of strategic character lead by a Certified Black Belt. A Lean Six Sigma Green Belt possesses a thorough understanding of all aspects of the Lean Six Sigma Method including competence in subject matters contained within all phases of DMAIC and LEAN frameworks. A Lean Six Sigma Green Belt understands how to implement, perform, interpret and apply Lean Six Sigma at a high level of proficiency.
- Exam
The IASSC Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Exam™ is a 100 question, closed book, proctored exam with a 3 hour allotted time. The Exam contains approximately 20 multiple-choice and true/false questions from each major section of the IASSC Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Body of Knowledge.
A successful Green Belt student has to achieve a minimum score of 385 points out of a total potential of 500 points. The exam is taken in the training centre on the afternoon of the 5th day of the course. There are no prerequisites required in order to sit for the IASSC Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Exam.

Upon successful achievement, Professionals will receive IASSC Green Belt Certification issued by the International Association for Six Sigma Certification™, the only independent third-party Certification Association within the Lean Six Sigma Industry.

The 8 day classroom IASSC certification Lean Six Sigma Black Belt course is designed for professionals, who require to become well versed in the Lean Six Sigma Methodology. A certified IASSC Black Belt will run complex improvement projects in a full-time capacity. A Lean Six Sigma Black Belt possesses a thorough understanding of all aspects of the Lean Six Sigma Methods including high-level of competence in the subject matters of DMAIC and LEAN frameworks. A Lean Six Sigma Black Belt understands how to implement, perform, interpret and apply Lean Six Sigma at a very advanced level of proficiency.
- Exam
The IASSC Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Exam is a 150 question, closed book, proctored exam with a 4 hour allotted time. The Exam contains approximately 30 multiple-choice and true/false questions from each major section of the IASSC Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Body of Knowledge.
A successful Black Belt student has to achieve a minimum score of 580 points out of a total potential of 750 points. The exam is taken in the training centre on the afternoon of the last day of the course. There are no prerequisites required in order to sit for the IASSC Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Exam.
