IASSC Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Training (gives you a thorough understanding of all aspects of the Lean Six Sigma Method at an advanced level of proficiency. It offers professionals opportunity to learn tools to be able to successfully lead complex process  improvement projects.

This training is an excellent starting point for everybody interested in process mining and process automation. 

Essential part of this course covers statistical methods to gain understanding of processes from numerical data and be able to adjust processes on time to avoid production waste and variability in the future. 

You will learn how to recognize process efficiency using statistical KPIs and reading dashboards produced by code free programing tool Minitab.

You will be provided Mock Exams to ensure best preparation for the official IASSC People Cert Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certificate, which has gained a world wide recognition.

On top of  5 day training you are welcome  to participate in 3 late afternoon sessions (2 hours each) to make sure all your opened questions are answered before the exam.

Preconditions: INTEREST in process improvement, no need to have  knowledge of statistics or coding.
