Lean Six Sigma Green Belt course is designed for professionals, who require the core to advanced elements of Lean Six Sigma Methodology. A certified IASSC Green Belt will lead improvement projects by himself and work as a team member in complex improvement projects of strategic character lead by a Certified Black Belt. A Lean Six Sigma Green Belt possesses a thorough understanding of all aspects of the Lean Six Sigma Method including competence in subject matters contained within all phases of DMAIC and LEAN frameworks. A Lean Six Sigma Green Belt understands how to implement, perform, interpret and apply Lean Six Sigma at a high level of proficiency.
